Thank you for choosing NetSight. This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and plan changes are handled for our Shopify application and related services.
1. Nature of Service
NetSight is a subscription-based SaaS product that provides AI-powered analytics and insights.
Since this is a digital service, no physical goods are sold or exchanged.
2. Free Trials & Early Access
- Any free trial or early-access period (if offered) is free of charge
- No payment is collected unless you explicitly subscribe
- Trial usage is intended for evaluation only
3. Subscription Billing
- Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis, as selected at checkout
- Charges are made in advance for each billing cycle
- All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
4. Refund Eligibility
4.1 Monthly Plans
You are eligible for a refund if:
- The request is made within 7 days of the first paid subscription
- Usage is reasonable and non-abusive
4.2 Yearly Plans
You are eligible for a refund if:
- The request is made within 7 days of purchase
5. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The refund window has passed
- The service has been heavily used (e.g., excessive data syncs, insight generation, API calls)
- The request is made after plan renewal
- The account was suspended for policy or terms violations
6. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Shopify billing settings
- Cancellation stops future billing
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period
- No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused time
7. Exchange Policy
Since NetSight is a digital subscription service:
- No exchanges apply
- You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time
- Plan upgrades take effect immediately
- Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle
8. Auto-Upgrades & Usage Limits
If your store exceeds the plan’s fair-use limits:
- Upgrade recommendations may be shown
- Your service will not be abruptly blocked
- Continued overuse may require plan upgrade to maintain access
9. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, email:

- Reason for refund request
Refunds, if approved, are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
10. Shopify Billing Compliance
- All charges and refunds follow Shopify’s Billing API policies
- Refunds may appear as reversals or credits depending on Shopify processing rules
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications.
