Welcome to Netsight.ai (“Netsight”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website, platform, or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree, please do not use Netsight.

1. About Netsight

Netsight.ai is an AI-powered decision intelligence platform that provides curated business insights (“Sights™”) based on data integrations and user inputs.

Netsight does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. All insights are informational and decision-support only.

2. Eligibility

To use Netsight, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have authority to act on behalf of the business whose data you connect
  • Use the service for lawful business purposes only

3. Account & Access

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • You agree to provide accurate, current information
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

Netsight may suspend or terminate access if misuse, fraud, or abuse is detected.

4. Nature of AI Insights (Important)

You understand and agree that:

  • Sights™ are AI-generated interpretations, not guarantees
  • Outputs may be probabilistic, predictive, or pattern-based
  • Final business decisions remain your responsibility
  • Netsight is not liable for business outcomes, losses, or missed opportunities resulting from decisions made using the platform

Netsight assists thinking. It does not replace judgment.

5. Data Sources & Accuracy

  • Netsight relies on third-party platforms (e.g., Shopify, ad platforms, CRMs)
  • Data accuracy depends on those sources
  • Delays, discrepancies, or outages from third-party providers are outside our control

We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee error-free insights.

6. Fair Usage & Plan Limits

Each pricing plan includes usage limits (e.g., revenue thresholds, order volumes, API refresh frequency).

  • Exceeding limits may trigger upgrade prompts
  • We will not abruptly block access without notice
  • Continued excessive usage may require plan upgrade

7. Payments & Billing

  • Payments are billed monthly or yearly as selected
  • Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated
  • You authorize Netsight to charge your payment method

Failure to process payment may result in suspended access.

8. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel anytime from your account settings.

Upon cancellation:

  • Access remains until the end of the billing period
  • No partial refunds (except where stated in Refund Policy)

Netsight may terminate accounts for violations, misuse, or unlawful activity.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, models, designs, and Sights™ are the intellectual property of Netsight.ai.

You may not:

  • Copy, resell, or redistribute insights
  • Reverse engineer the platform
  • Use Netsight branding without permission

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Netsight is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
